Promising 9mb transfer rates. Has anyone used it?

I saw the 1GB card at TCW. It's going for $550. A little pricey issn't it?

I got the 256Mb version of Sandisk Ultra II.
Works Well for me.. quite fast.. Especially when i use a card reader to transfer files via USB2.0.

Is Ultra II fast? I am thinking of getting a 256mb CF for my D30. How much did you pay for the CF?

Ya it is. It is particularly so if u use a card reader for it.

I pay 130 for it.

I got my Ultra II 1 GB at inforcom funan 3th floor at $532. So far I am quite happy with the write/read speed, esp when shoot RAW file,even faster than Lexar 1gb 40x. As far as I know, this is the faster card on the market right now. Correct me if I am wrong.

Might as well buy 2 512mb Ultra II, they go for about $250-$260 each, cheaper than a 1gb card. And at least you have a backup card in case one gets lost or conks out.

I use the cards on my 10D, fast write speed, totally happy with them.
