Any one with experience with this baby? Please share some opinion/insights, thanks a lot!

No experiences with electronic medium format Rollei, but IMHO for good practical use and fast operation should consider at least a 6008.

Canot afford leh...don think I really need 6008...:bsmilie:

It shud be the enthusiasts version of 6008.
ie no interchangeability with extra magazine or polaroid like the very first SLX .
The magazine is fixed so no chance to add a new digital back to it though.
It probably came with a Tokina made Rolleinar 80mm f2.8
Great basic medium format camera with motorised advance , auto metering and exposure .
For Rollei accesories go to Fotografix Wong in Chinatown Point - 6223 7217.
Service ihas always been a problem with Rollei .

Probably better for you to buy a used Hasselblad for the same price .
All hassys can be upgraded to digital by adding a digital back in place of the film magazine .

Then join the HUGgies!

Hmmm...haha...if go for digital may as well get a AF one...but of course that will further deteriorate my personal economic crisis...haha...

My deal for the rolleiflex set with lens very cheap......very good condition as well.

However, you were saying this model can't use a polaroid back?

They made this as a cheaper alternative to the 6008 . So , no frills no thrills . Probably no auto exposure just TTL like the Hassleblad 553 .
The 6002 could not take polaroids . There were very few 6001s built so probably not as well . Check with whoever you are buying from .
