RFSG Monthly Outings – May 2012

What are we doing?
This would be a coffee session for members to get together & have a chat over their RF experiences.
As usual, we encourage new people or people who have interest in RF to turn up to meet the group. There would be RF gear readily available for your to actually get a first hand experience on it.
Gary, from RFSG, would be sharing the plans for the Pengarang day trip for RFSG which should be taking place next month.

I would be cycling from Pengarang to Desaru this coming Saturday. Will recce the area & provide details of the Pengarang trip for next month during the meet up or on CS/RFSG's website/RFSG's FB group.

Oh yes, if you guys didnt know, RFSG does have a regular group of cyclist every Sunday going for makan ride.

The route starts from ECP Carpark G > Coastal Road > Changi V (makan) > Coastal Road > ECP Carpark G
Please feel free to join us. We have a mixture of road bikes & fold-able bikes! Its not just all about photography, we promote health & fitness as well!
Makan is usually the famous chicken chop hor fan from Changi V that so far everyone agrees its awesome! 30km ride if I remember correctly.
We ride on the PCN at a slow & easy pace of 20-25kmph. OTOT
I'm normally on the road at 30-35kmph for fat burning but we would all gather at the chicken chop hor fan store for makan.
