Reruitment: Wedding Photographer and Videographer

Hey there, we are looking to recruit wedding photographer and videographer to be part of our team.

It will be on a per-job basis. Please read the following before replying:

a) With basic experience in Chinese Wedding, i.e. flow of activities, what can do or what cannot and esp the different custom of the various dialect group
b) Should be comfortable in handling a job on your own or work with another member
c) We are looking at freelance ONLY, if you do own a company or have your own portfolio website, pls do not apply as we want to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.
d) You are required to submit at least 1 to 2 sets of photographs (each set around 30 to 50 photos) or 1 to 2 express-highlight videos in high res format (at least 720p) to be used to show to potential clients. (Once we confirmed you)

e) Wedding Photos to be edited and submitted within 14 days. Full wedding highlight to be submitted within 14 days.
f) Remunerations: $600.00 per 10hrs. Before 7am start, add $50.00. Above 10hrs: $50.00/hr

Ans: 50% on the day itself, balance when deliverables is submitted.

Hello! Apologies. Perhaps I didn't explained clearly.

What I meant was should they own their own domain (i.e. lava-photography.com and etc), but if they host their own portfolio in the vimeo, flickr or dropbox and etc, then it is fine.

Btw, Many freelancer has their own domain name. Nothing unusual these days. Not nexcessary they depend on free site

Thanks. I do know that. But end user would assume they are a registered business. We want to avoid misunderstanding in future. We work with individual on a long term basis.
