RFQ for D&D Coverage
Date: March 30, 2011
Time: 6:30PM - 10:30PM
Venue: Hotel Ballroom (specific hotel to be determined closer to date)
Job Requirements: General event coverage, properly exposed images of key points of the event. Photographer must have previous experience of D&D coverage
Output Required:
1. 3 copies of all images in hi-resolution JPEG format on CD/DVD-R provided 3 working days (April 4) (basic editing on images is ideal but not required)
2. 150 pieces of 4R color photos of events during reception of the event (specific number to be determined at a later time.) Printouts done concurrently while photographer is shooting.
Minimum Expected Persons:
1. 1 Photographer and 1 Assistant/Printer Operator
Minimum Expected Equipment:
1. 1 DSLR with adequate backup batteries, 1 normal zoom, 1 fast prime, 1 flash with adequate backup batteries
2. 2 dye sublimation printers and 1 laptop
