Reply to Post -submitted but does not show up

I tried adding to my Post:

The new post should be #21, but it does not show up.
If I try to submit another one, system says its a repeat post.

Ok. After many attempts to refresh, post finally appears when I submit another post.
Seems like it happens when it switched to page 2 of the post.
I'm not sure if its a browser problem or a CS website problem.
Admin might want to KIV for now.

The system has some bug, sometime when you hit submit buttom, it seem take a long time for the system to response. If you hit submit buttom again, the system response repeat post. I think the system is too busy, mainly due to no quick jump function, must hit FORUM buttom again to view and jump to next forum which take up too much of system's resources.
