Clearly, this is getting nowhere with all these squabbles, if you're so sure of it, why not get your own lawyer and handle it. If you said that $400 is your hard earned money, I'm pretty sure you won't mind going the extra mile of paying thousands for a lawyer to demand back your $400.
con artists are usually very good with human psychology. they know that an average joe would rather not go through the hassle to make a lawsuit for these "small" amounts of money. the cost involved would not justify the small conned amount. I think the next best thing to do (less hassle, and free of charge) is to make a police report. I know the Singapore Police force has a department that handles internet and cyberspace cases. (oh by the way, I'm still amazed at the way the court handled the case of that teenager who "borrowed" his neighbour's wifi! :thumbsup: to the justice system)
