It appears that your company is looking for a :

Creative Director slash Art Director slash Designer slash Visualiser slash Electronic FA Artist slash Photographer slash Web Designer slash Web Maintainence Officer slash Flash Illustrator Designer.

And a Dip holder and above.

It's a great opportunity for the multi-talented (and highly experienced) like Sammy here on CS!

Not easy to attract such talent unless the remuneration is appropriately high.

All the best in your search. ;)

my thoughts exactly. The requirements are strangely broad. Even creative directors I know are only good at maybe a few aspects that you name.. but to do PR, consultancy, web design with flash, photo and print graphic design... thats a challenging role to fill bro. It is near impossible to be good at everything.

Wow if a person is able to do all this within a tight deadline and can run their own advertising, events, creative arts might as well run their own company. Pay must be high or the individual is left high and dry. It is a very broad scope to cover.

Dont be surprise what you can get in Clubsnap. There are lots of talents offering free services around. Just have to sieve through about 2million of them..
=)

'recruiting photographer' heading is grossly misleading. does charles direct this?

The successful candidate would probably burn-out in 6 months.. such wide responsibilities.

Sigh...Employers nowadays are demanding too much but giving too little. Just wondering if the employer is willing to pay for such a talent. (well, most of the time the ans is no)

How much can you pay !!!!:embrass:

Good luck in yr search.

I am not very sure if my info is correct. I heard they are paying about $2k+.
Arts is priceless...... :sweatsm:

Oh Mai.

A good Art Director or Designer already gets more than that, let alone a non-award winning Creative Director who commands at least $5 - $10K.

Then throw in all the other roles and responsibilities ...

Time are bad, "Ai pi ai qi"

Wah! I think looking for "MOTHER OF ALL DESIGNER". I think most Creative Directors can only do half of these requirements. Good Luck with your search

I think he have to a programmer also "Flash illustration and scripting" is the second requirement. Currently, Action Script is at version 3.0. Javascript is also required.

I actually knows someone that can meet all the requirements. Too bad he already owns his own company. There are a lot of OMOs around that have learned all the required skills, just have to convince them to get employed again...
