Hi, I recently bought the Sennheiser G2 system with ME4 microphone, I noticed that it pick up
alot of cable rubbing noise. Anyone can recommend me another lavalier microphone that are better quality? My budget is about $300+-. Thanks

Make a micro paper cone with masking tape and put the lav in there. Less than 10 cents to solve the problem.

wireless setup?

or maybe try to reposition the lavalier?

or try to get the talent not to move so much?

Ya, its a wireless setup. My use for it is mostly talking head when the person talking has minimum movement. Its not those rubbing noise on the mic but rather the rubbing
noise from the cable all the way down to the transmitter - sound like " er er er" lol, you know the kind of sound you make when you rub the cable. Anyway I will try the paper cone method thanks. I read dan brockett review on lavalier and it did mentioned sennheiser mic has more cable noise - but the other better one like sanken are quite expensive.
