Hi I am going overseas for 2 weeks in 3 wks time. I want to bring 2 rangefinder bodies with lenses mounted on the body plus one extra lens and a mini flash. I have Lowepro Nova 3 but it is too big and bulky for these equipment.

Anyone has any suggestion? I am looking at a cheap bag probably below $50.

Thx in advance.

From my experience, I use my old crumpler bag with a small lowepro bag inside and some foam bags. I used it with a Nikon FG and a Bessa R2a with a 50mm and a 85mm. I also had good results with the standard Nikon free camera bag, a bit unglam, but it does the job.

at that price, might as well get a domke or billingham.
besides, TS budget less than 50

I would think A&A, domke or billingham bags are out of his price range. Even Lowepro is streching it, maybe one of the smaller lowepro or chinese copy bags?

can check out those chinese domke clones at the camera workshop.

there are some nice satchel type bags with padding inside, about the right size for 2 cameras and accessories. depending on what you get, price could be slightly over the budget.

I highly recommend this bag. Has carbon fiber! Carbon fibre rods in the top gusset provide a light weight stiffener allowing improved access to the main compartment. Carbon fibre will flex but won't bend and get misshapen.:thumbsup:

Call P K Chan. 96912577. Just say Stephen recommended you :).

Google around and you will know a rough price.

Sorry folks not sure if you guys can advice, I'm looking around for a new bag to replace my Crumpler 7 Million Dollar Home. I don't want something bigger but somthing more compact. The width is just nice, at about 20cm. Basically its to fit a D200 w/grip attached with a 18-200VR and enough space for a SB600.

Think of something like the Domke J-3 (700-J3B) or the Billingham PressTop 206, just not sure if all that can fit. Home to get some advice from owners out there.

Definitely the PressTop 206 has more than enough space. In fact, you can add pouches to the side to carry your flash and other accessories. Even the 106 has more than enough space.

Go for the Billy, the make and stitching is good.

Have a couple of them and never regretted it.

cool... like this idea... cos i'm trying to downside, and the pouches would give me flexibility if I dun have to carry so much.

i have a similar travel setup as u, but using the domke f-3x

im currently using a tiger beer bag for those cold drinks
easy to get, quite roomy for 2 rangefinders and has a sufficient padding
and price definitely below 50 ;)

Thanks Hacker, PK recommended me the

Or the Hadley Original:

Internal Dimensions

I'm not sure if I can squeeze my gear in the Digital, but I'm going down later to give it a try.

Maybe the PressTop 106 will best suit my needs, but thats out of stock.
