In Funan, there are at least 3 shops that I know off: South Asia PK Computing and Challenger. There are price difference so please compare them before you buy.

No, since the CS is the replacement. Instead, you either get a written approval from the shop that you can upgrade to CS FOC within 30 days of purchase of PS 7 or check with Adobe's distributor on any free upgrade policy or wait for about a few more weeks...
