If slim is the only criterion you have for a digital camera, then the Minolta X20 is for you. A brand new X20 cost $418.95 (with GST) at http://www.bargaincity.com.sg
However, there are a lot of people who cannot stand the idea of using a camera "with just 2.0 megapixels". If you are one of them, then I would really recommend that you increase your budget a little more, and get a Canon IxusII or Ixus 400.
