Hi
more ideas are popping into my head now. ok here's the proposal:
Rangefinder users from this forum (or any other forum if they so happen to stumble upon this posting) will spread themselves all over Singapore on that particular day, from north, south, east, west, shooting from early morning for a specified number of hours, each to their own inclination - if landscape, shoot landscape; if people, shoot people, if artsy stuff, then shoot uhmm....artsy stuff
then in the afternoon everyone will gather at a central meeting place for coffee, interaction, sharing experiences, getting to know each other etc. Those who feel so inclined to develop and share their photos can do (there are labs that do on the spot processing of negs at no extra charge).
This allows those who can't join in from morning to at least join in the fellowship session in the afternoon.
Of course we should have another followup session where we bring the output of their shoot, compile them together, and who knows, maybe a book or something may result. At least we will have fun doing it
