Rangefinder repair

Hi guys, I just found a Canonet QL17 rangefinder from my in-laws. It's pretty banged up. I read up online that you can get one on ebay for as low as $50 but I am thinking of repairing it for sentimental reasons.

Where do I bring it to let the experts quote me on the repair cost or if it's even repairable? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
