Questions - Photo in F1

My first time for taking photo in the circuit park, i am having Walkabout ticket only. Read the notes with the ticket, saying that:
1/ Prohibited item : umbrella / folding chair
Q: cannot bring umbrella? so when raining?
Q: very small folding chiar, 12"long (3 sticks) only...even cannot?
2/ how about tripod?
3/ how about 70-200 F4?

it is obvious that umbrella is not ok because it will block the view of others, and most important, if there is a sudden strong wind, the umbrella may "fly" to the race track, which is very very dangerous.
Folding chair poses some obstructions in the event of a big moving crowd .... :dunno:

Tripod should be ok ... :think:

Your 70-200 f4 is too small for worry to anyone ....
