Will be purchasing a Sony SR12 soon.

Would like to shoot video interviews with it and have been looking into a very portable wireless mic system that can do such a thing- one mic on the interviewer and another on the interviewee.

Am deciding between these two options:
Audio-Technica Pro 88W

BeachTek DXA-2S

Any thoughts? So far the BeachTek has the advantage in that it can record to two separate channels whereas the 88W doesn't seem to be able to do this. But the 88W seems to be a more compact system which is a plus.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi there

I have the Audio-Technica Pro 88W and it has been working very well for me. For it's price, cannot complain. Ha..ha..

You just need to make sure that the Sony SR12 has a mic input.

The BeachTek DXA-2S thingy is not a wireless microphone system. It is a XLR-Phone Jack converter.

Senny has a nice series too available at Hung Bros at SLS or Expandore.

the sennheisers are much more expensive though. Wonder if hung bros still have that ew100 G1 series. They were selling at bargain price of $380. I prefer the G2 series though as it uses AA batteries.
