Can anyone tell me how you insert those interesting pictures next to your user name?

Those little pictures are "avatars"
Go to "User CP"
Go to "edit options".
See bottom of page.

Actually the easier way is to photocopy your photo for all of us to stick onto our monitors.

Yeah, but she'll have to spend alot of money to do those sticker-kind you find in shopping mall. I'm too lazy to apply glue behind paper myself.
