Question: can the new Digital Camera use any of the manual Lens from Minolta?

Can current Digital camera 5D and 7D from KM use the old Manual focus lens from Minolta.. such as Rokkor lens?

Yes the KM 5D & 7D can take these old lens from Minolta series, but it has to be AF mounts. I have 5 old AF Lens that are 10+ years old and it works very well with KM 5F (it also works on 7D as well as I tested out).
Only have Minolta & Sigma lens plus Tamron 2x tele photo converter.
