My guess is that you could easily find an adaptor for C/Y to M mount and use it on any of the rf out there but then again, it'll not be rangefinder coupled!

This is the same with F, FD, etc mounts on the M bodies... you are prob better served using the lens on a F or EF body, but you will still need to either change in the mount or use an adaptor.

Well, technically, now that we have the Ricoh GXR m mount module, you could technically mount those lenses on the Ricoh GXR with the appropriate adapter.

I was thinking of this too. Just want to check if you know of any better adapters (brands) that you've used before.

Another newbie question is how much light will we lose if we include these adapters? Or will we? And what are the common issues with adapted lenses? I used the m43s before with my Zeiss Planar and I don't think I lost any light really, but I can't be sure ... and wanted to source for experience souls here who can help out. Thanks in advance for your advise!

1 of the things I am going to like with these adapted lenses for GXR is the 1.4 lenses from Zeiss (SLR) aren't really that big (compared to Nokton 1.1) and it's got a really closer focus (usually 0.45m).

i m quite sure that adaptors , best is novoflex.. although this brand costs quite alot compared to generic 3rd party brands one.. i believe it is very well made haha.

btw, other than LTM lenses, nothing else is range finder coupled right ? (through an adaptor) i m also interested to try other mount lenses, if this is the case, will be limited to wide angle lenses. but its fun to try anyways (wanna try a fisheye lol)
