Purchase Small Button Ad but no one contacted me yet on how to do it up etc???

Hi i tried PM the Administrator as advised by one of the Moderators in the Mass Sales section but the Administrator is not allowing any receiving of PMs!!!! Kindly PM me on the procedures of doing up the Ad asap! Or i think there should be some procedures that someone should contact us if we purchased any subscriptions, there should be a contact point where we can check with if there's any queries???
