Problem Accessing Webshell

Hi Mods,
When I tried accessing Webshell from my admin page earlier today, it was ok. But now when I try accessing it, it prompts me for my user id and password. I can login to my admin page and I have tried different id (xxxxxx@clubsnap.org, xxxxxxx.clubsnap.org, xxxxxx) to access Webshell but none of them were accepted.

Also, is it possible for us to access our webspace via SSH?

I am facing the similar problem. Could the web adminstrator advise what could be done? I used the correct password and still cannot go further after login to my admin page.

No, for Security Reason, there will be no access via SSH.
