Hi,
I have a problem of ink marks on printed photos, most likely caused by protrusions on the base of the printer that has been stained by ink. I have tried doing bottom cleaning several times but it still persists. Can someone help advice me directly or lead me to a link to solve this problem? I am using a Canon iP 8500.
