Price of Nikon FE2

Helping a colleague enquire. Does anyone roughly know the price of a used(mint) Nikon FE2?

TCW had one. Was told in late $500. Condition about 8.5, except for scratced camera back, which they say can replace FOC. Ron's Camera at Adelphi had a minty looking one placed on first row of window display of Nikons, on a box I think. Was close when I went, so no idea how much. Alternative is ebay, where I got mine. Look out for reputable camera sellers with hundreds of sales and more than 97% rating. Make sure they ship international and accept PayPal. Will be best if the camera is described as having been checked or serviced by technician recently, with the receipt to prove. Check price of completed items to gauge how much you should be paying. Dont get auction fever get to your head. Finally, good luck to your friend, as this camera in excellent condition is pretty hard to find in Spore!

Just passerby TCW, they have a black FE2 with some paint wear off.
Cupboard price is $350.

True, but these cameras were built to last for decades. If your friend is leary, get a secondhand FM3a. Minty should be about S$650-$700 at least.
