oh yea... I don't think it's a crime unless they're harassing the birds. if they're shooting from far away, not an issue either.

I actually did not see him.

The shots I posted were taken today. Yesterday I rushed there after a tip off by a friend - only to realize that I forgot to bring my lens. *mega-facepalm* Luckily wife had her SX50. So snapped a few shots. Not happy. Went again today.
