Polaroid repair shop??

I just got my Polaroid from my friend as a birthday present, but its second hand. I have no idea but 2 days ago the Polaroid (instant film one) was fine, and yesterday when I tried it again, the film got jammed.

I doubt its a problem of the rollers as it works fine. Its this black thing at where the film comes out of. It jams my polaroid picture.

Then at night when I tried it again, the film doesn't even come out. And it doesn't get the image captured at all.

Anyone knows of a place to repair it? Don't intend to get a new Polaroid cuz this one is really precious to me.

have you thought that it might be the battery problem? i have the same problem too with the newest polaroid 600 films. the battery on the film pack went dead. i had to pull the battery out of the pack and replace it with the batt from another pack to use it.
