Hi all,

I recently acquired an old Polaroid EE44 which uses the 80-series peel-apart film. I know this range was discontinued by Polaroid at the end of 2006 and anyway most local photographic retailers usually carry 600 film and nothing else where Polaroid is concerned - but does anyone happen to know of any means by which I can purchase the peel-apart film? D'you suppose any of the labs here would be willing to order the product in?

Thanks! :)

if i'm not wrong, the company closed down and all products related to polaroid have since ceased production.

I am afraid you are wrong.

Just go to BH and type in "polaroid" and you will see a lot of stuff! Cameras, films, daylabs etc. I use Polaroid 55 p/n films regularly.

I do not know about this 80-series films. But I saw something like 84, 87, 88, and 89 films listed in BH.

Good luck!

Hey, thanks for the tip! I did several calculations and shipping's a killer though. :(

What I meant was Polaroid Corporation (that company) closed down and all products that continued under the polaroid brand name was by another subsidary company (not very sure about the bankruptcy either)... Sorry for the confusion
