To all the greatest editor out there, im crying out loud to help me solving this matter. Could anyone help me finding or giving and idea how to get this kind of effect for my video project?

Color effects is like any editing software you can get create.
Motion effects still the same as above.

Watch a few times and if you can download the hole MV clip. Im sure you will catch the effects. For me I say is not the effects is about planning the shots.

Saw nothing that special about the MV. Alot of very tight cropping of moving streak of vehicles videos. Something you can do with a video editor suite or software base one like Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro once you have shot enough raw footages of moving cars ( for example) and then edit as many together. That is the easy part. The hard part is getting the right type of footage together to form one blurry back and forth scene. The same goes for colour changing..you can set it up to change a video's colour range at the video editing stage...etc.
