I been looking and considering around too.
Know that Konica charged at $5 per 36-exposure neagtive to CD (inclusive).
Checked with the lab what format and was told "standard" :what: ... what I meant was dpi, file format, etc ....

Anyone know where provide reasonable good scan ? Going to archive 30+ negatives rolls. I had a Epson Photo Perfection 1200 Scanner that can scan negative but it will be too tediuos to scan ownself.

Konica? (Or do you mean Konota?)

Anyway, if you're looking for cheap and good quality scans, try Grace Digital Lab. $2.50 per roll (excluding development). You can bring your own CD to save the $1. Scans to 1840x1232x24, JPEG.

Blk 105, Clementi St 12, #01-04, S(120105). Junction of Near Sunset Way and Clementi Road.

Call 67741846/67732857 to reach Simon.

Opens Mon-Thurs + Sat 10am-8pm, Fridays 10am-6pm, PHs 9am-2pm, Sundays closed.

I use Colour Lab Photo Finishing. Can't remember the price as I have not used it for a long time. Quality is excellent. Their "default" is around 1800x1200.

dpi unimportant.

I use KC Ginza PLaza, $9.90 per CDR inclusive of processing.

Erm, doesn't that mean she's only scanning at 1200dpi ? That's low for negative/slide scanning, which should be 2400-4000dpi to maximise the resolution that the film is capable of.

But $2.50 is very cheap. Do they do scans to TIFF ?
