anyone got any idea what's the aeromedical for RSAF pilots will be like?
i'll be taking mine next week.
any thing i can prepare?

Nothing much. Just standard checks - height, weight, urine, blood. They will also check your butt size, arm/knee length to ensure that you can fit into the cockpit. ;)

ic. is it easy to get thru?

took mine years back, got cut at the medical.

thou they put as min height requirement is 165cm and above, I was 167cm. failed for having short leg of 97cm, they wanted 99cm or more.

If you meet their requirements, fairly easy. But like nixontkl said, they have pretty specific sizes that they can accept - too long or too short you will fail as you either can't fit or can't reach the controls.

i tink im pretty average. just afraid of the other tests.

min. height is 163. i'm 164, but got rejected cos my short leg is too short by 1cm..*sobsob*

Took mine back in 1993, my legs were 111 cm, but did badly for hearing on my left ear and also that 3-hr test paper...fated

wah. mine is coming soon. getting more n more nervous.

Went for it 6 years ago, and I failed at aeromedical because they said I have childhood asthma - which is strange because I don't even know of it.

Didn't pester them for the reason behind it... But happy in what i'm doing now :)
