My few cents (more like my pref rather than the right way, so take with a pinch of salt):
1. Watch out for the horizon. Its a bit tilted.
2. Would be a bit 'stronger' in composition if horizon did not cut too center. (Probably less sky in this case)
3. Might be better if it was just a bit later and more lights are turned on (but sometimes they don't )
