Hi, I have a photography studio for takeover. Renovated for photography purpose. It's 1550 sqf with monthly rental of S$2135 only. There are about 30 wedding gowns for pre-wedding photography and about 100 sets of baby and child outfits for baby photography. There are also many props available. Have hundreds of existing customers. Some are regular customers. Already got 20+ bookings with deposit paid for Jan 2011. Everything is ready for business. Serious buyers only. Our business is running smoothly. The only reason we want to sell it is because we'll be leaving Singapore for personal matter. Don't ask me can I review the business for some time and decide whether to take over. No one will set up a smooth business and hand over to you at no cost.
Have u consider returning the customers deposits and telling them that u are leaving singapore? Photo business is about preference, trust & quality. The only reason u have returning customers is bcos they hVe preference over yr works and not others. If new guy takeover n quality not as to their expectation, then will they get back their deposit? Will new guy who take over feel short changed? U didn't say specifically reason for leavinh sgpore, smell fishy.
If TS's business is running well, but he no long interested to deal in this trade, why should he wind up the business if he can just let other taking over?
this is consider taking over the entire business, that including potential profit, goodwill, liability and debts if there is any.
this is just a very common business proposer we can see it everywhere.

What the people are really buying liabilities.:bsmilie: Why would you not let interested buyers review your business if it's genuine? They are people who sell genuine businesses for a genuine reason(profitable business). They sell it and build another business and sell it again.
