Hi everyone ;)

My company will be holding our 15th Homecoming Anniversary Dinner at a 5-6* Star Hotel in town. It's going to be a grand affair with about 300 guests. As part of the organising committee, I'm looking for established photographers to provide the following service:

1. 2 photographers (1 main and 1 asst) to provide 4 hours of normal events coverage (beginning with pre-dinner cocktail reception at 6pm till event ends at 10pm). Shots to include the usual like guests mingling around, VIPs making speeches and the table-to-table shots. All photos to be returned to us in CD-Rom (after minor editing if needed), no developing is required.

2. As an additional requirement, since this will be a 'reunion' kind of dinner where we welcome back our alumni and past associates, we'll need the photographers to set up a booth outside the ballroom where you can help guests take informal shots in groups (before, during and after dinner), let them preview and select the photos from your laptops and print those that they want on the spot for them to take home. Better still if you can allow guests to choose whether to print it in 4R size or smaller neo-print formats (with nice designs). All equipments, materials (e.g. photo paper) and software to be supplied by photographers.

Our budget is about $1000. Interested photogs who think you can do a good job and are available on 15th September (Saturday), please drop me a line here in this thread and PM me your quote and portfolio for shortlisting. Do leave your mobile number for easy contact.

Thanks,
pixie :)

Sorry folks. The date of the dinner should be 21st Sept, not 15th. Apologies :embrass:

Erm.. not exactly coz the requirement is for 2 photographers.

So who will do the printing if the photographers are busy taking the group photos.

I know someone out there who does this but their charges are out of TS budget.

Anywa, good luck in looking for the photographer.
