Photographer & Videographer Wanted for 3 hours event

The event (Birthday) will be held at Sheraton Towers on 15th June 7pm to 10pm. (3 hours)

- Please email me your rates and portfolio (if any)
- Unlimited shots (Hi-res returned in DVDs)
- Post-editing of photos and HD video (adding overlays of some graphics on video)

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed.

Ive shortlisted the photographer, now I need the videographer.

The person reviewing the portfolio and rates is not me. Hope you understand that im acting as a middle person to coordinate the emails only.

The reviewer is looking at the range of $240 for 3 hours video taking.

Thank you for your understanding. If you find $80 per hour rate ridiculous, let me know so I can feedback to the reviewer.

$240 is very low

you are asking to shoot, edit and include graphics

Hi guys,

First of all, I would like to apologize for those who contacted me and I didn't get back to them. I'm quite busy with work.
I've managed to secure both Photographer and Videographer. Thanks for all your interest and understanding.
In anyway, for those who contacted me - I will take down your contacts and perhaps there's future opportunity to work with you next time. =)

I understand that $240 is very low for a 3 hours event and I will increase the budget if I come across any events organized by myself the next time.
I appreciate the valuable feedback from pro videographers like yourself.

All in all, I have the videographer and it seems like its a win-win situation. Perhaps on top of that I will give him another ang bao for his hard work.
