I am looking for a photographer to cover my company's event. Details of the event are as follows:

Date: Late October
Place: TBA
Duration: 2-3 hours
Activity: Team building activity and Dinner

My company one of the largest US MNC in terms of market capitalization. I think that gives a very strong hint. Anyway, it will be a department event comprising of around 20 people.

Please PM me your charges and please at least include the information like:

1) Rates per hour
2) All soft copies given? Do you do process all the photos before handing it over?
3) What kind of gear you will use
4) Your portfolio link
5) Contact details

Please note that i do not require you to print the photos for me. But it is a MUST that i get all the soft copies, both processed and unprocessed.
