Photographer need to cover company annual event

My company is organizing an annual event in Mid Feb 2014. A photographer is needed to provide the following services:

- 4 hours of photography service (9.30am - 1.30pm)
- Instant print of photos up to 200 pieces, before the event ends
- All edited images ready within one week (in DVD)

To be covered:
- Guests entering event venue
- Staff go on stage to receive their awards (certificate / trophy)
- Celebration lunch at the same venue
- VIPs go on stage to give speeches

Budget: $800.
