There will always be someone out there willing to take it as an opportunity to learn. These people believe what they will learnt from the opportunity is worth the time n effort given. I don't think it will hurt the market since they won't be able to snatch the job from the real pro or unless the pros wanna fuse about the lost of assignments that don't require their skills much.
