FotoHub. $0.50 per 4R, no handling fee. $2 mailing fee (not applicable if you self collect).

And they are a pro lab.

You have the option. But 1024 x 768 is 4:3 format and will not fit into a 4R (3:2) without cropping. So either you let them crop, crop yourself, or end up with white borders.
