Thanks for sharing. Who is the DLSRPros Ultimate?? a Phantom knock off? any more info?

If you follow the link, or check out their website, it looks like they provide upgraded/modded/zhnged Phantoms.

You can check out a review of their mods here:

The folks at DSLRPros have been designing the best professionally-engineered and configured packages of upgraded components and aftermarket gear that turns the Phantom into a real contender in the UAV photo/video market and the Ultimate Cinema Edition Aerial Kit is the best I've seen in the quadcopter category.

As noted by DSLRPros on their website, this is a professional-grade system - providing technical & performance capabilities well beyond that of the stock DJI Phantom and all components are matched and tested before shipment. Check out the "under the hood" section below for more details on the upgrades and contents of this kit.

Actually the comparison is not very fair. There are many other factors not considered. Adding additional battery makes the aircraft works harder and hence introduce more vibrations and unexpected movements. Extra 3 min of battery life allows the copter to travel another 600m further away? That allows you to film something that the DSLRpro copter could not.

Extra flight time is not a liner comparison to battery charging time. I am shock by the way they compare battery life and flight time. I guess this is a desperate move to sell off their remaining stocks.

I agree. I've been flying the Phantom Mk1 on a single battery with gimbal and FPV transmitter and usually get only around 5 minutes. The extra load and current drawn to power the gimbal and transmitter takes a big hit on battery life. Now with the Phantom 2 and Zenmuse gimbal, I can get around 15 minutes comfortably.
