Just received the VW-CTR1 from bhphotovideo. Mixed results with my W850. Automatic motion detection mode not suitable for video work as the camera will allow the subject to stray off-cam before it starts hunting for it. But in manual mode, it worked flawlessly. Panasonic's Image App allows for instant panning, tilting, zooming, and even exposure settings via wi-fi. The App will also control the camera without the VW-CTR1 attached but pan-tilt options are not available until the the dock is connected.

Can u see the video feed via wireless?

Yes, and much lesser lag and higher framerate compared to sony's playmemories app.
