Panasonic SDR-H250 or NV-GS320?

Hi,
I am choosing between one of the 2.

SDR-H250 Format SD and 30GB HDD

NV-GS320 Format miniDV (and SD?)

What are the pros and cons of each, anyone can tell me?

I don't own camcorder before very noob, and budget is limited to the price of the above cams. HD is not high priority and I probably cannot afford HD anyway. Also i don't like DVDcams.
