Panasonic HMC-70

Panasonic HMC-70 is it a good buy nowadays? Looking at reasonable priced camcorders with XLR connectors. Would be better off with a XLR adapter otherwise? Cheers.

why not get a HMC-30 instead? It cost about 3.8K. XLR and mic maybe another $400 more...
in which case, why not get a JVC HM100 instead since at 4.7K, it has everything ( XLR , mic ) and more...

HM-100 price went down I heard. Check it out from Expandore or LSV.

it's 4.2K now....wow. Really worth it.
what's a good and affordable wide angle that let me zoom all the way with it?
