Hi,
I've been asked to help look for a professional photography team to assist in photography for a school prize presentation.
Job Requirements:
1. At least three photography spots. First is where participants receive prize on stage, second is a spot on stage where groups of prize winners will gather for the obligatory on stage shot, and third is an off-stage photography booth (details below).
2. Photography booth - Parents may bring the students to a photography booth to shoot a posed photograph. Ideally a mini-studio setup with proper lighting and background.
3. Costs - the project is run on a contingency fee basis. Meaning, the school will not pay the photography company for the services. Rather, any parent who wants to have photographs of his child will go directly to the company to order, whether is it station (1), (2) or (3).
The company can set the prices it wants for each print, and print sizes - hence it determines its own price point, risk exposure and recovery model.
The company will contact the parents to collect the photographs directly from the photography company when it is ready.
4. One set of all photographs taken to be provided to the school in a CD.
5. There are around 250-300 unique prize winners to be captured.
As you can see, this type of project requires a fair amount of experience in the logistic handling and certainty that all winners must be captured, more so than the actual artistic photography skill or superb technical handling (super high MP etc). All the parents want are sharp clear photographs in the usual 4R - 8R sizes.
If any professional team is interested in taking up this project, do email me at vince1231234@spambot
replace spambot with "yahoo.com.sg".
Please include your proposal (ie price points, how you intend to do the above etc) and I will do a preliminary shortlisting before passing them all to the school for final negotiation/selection.
