Paying forward the info I got from clubsnap and other forums in looking for second-hand cameras in Osaka. GPS coordinates are embdedded in the Panoramio pictures.
1) Camera Naniwa - Shinsaibashi subway station on Midosuji line. Follow the side-street that separates Daimaru main bulding and south building. The shop is just a few metres east of the main shopping arcade. Good selection of OM and other lenses.

2) Yaotomi Camera - Basement of the JR Osaka Umeda station at entrance to the South Gate Building. The shopfront actually says "Crost" while the camera section is hidden at the back. I didn't find anything interesting, but other reviews speak well of it and I'm not a Leica/Canikon person so I'm probably not representative.

Umeda station (actually it's four different stations connected underground) is huge. This map may help to locate the correct entrance.

3) Kitamura Camera - Next to the Hanshin Umeda station, facing Yodabashi. Quite small. Hardly any second-hand stuff.

4) Yodabashi Camera - Not a second-hand store but no camera shop listing for Osaka can be complete without mentioning this mega-store
No photo because you can't miss it, in between in the JR Osaka and Hanshin Umeda stations. http://www.infomapjapan.com/images/map/Umeda_map_web.pdf
