Organizing Photoshoot

Just curious

Noticed in Photoshoots forum that the organizers have a Photoshoot/workshop Organizer under their membertype.

How do these status come about, assuming a new member wants to become an organizer as well? Are there any agreement to be done with clubsnap admins?
