order books from Amazon

Anyone ordering book/s from Amazon.com? I am looking to buy some photography books, but don't have credit card and postage is too expensive if buy one or two, thus wondering if anyone here wanna share/buy together.

Why not come across the causeway then check out if places like Borders and Kinokuniya carries the book first?

Thanks, CK. Will check that out. Where's Borders? I know Kinokuniya...but find the books there quite expensive.

can also try the bookstore at Bras Besar that sells many such photography, design etc etc...can't remember the name of the store.

Borders is opposite Lido Cinema in Orchard, it's the building with the 2 glass cones. By the time you pay shipping and all, Amazon prices are going to be similar to the Kinokuniya prices anyway.

Basheer Books. 1 flr above Art Friend at Bras Basah Complex.
They have a large variety of art books. Good thing is that you can ask for a discount from them, unlike places like Kinokuniya and Borders. Helps if you can prove that you are a student too ;p

i think they might have a shop in KL too. not sure abt it.
