Opera shoot for broadcasting

My friend is looking for videographers and editors to quote for an opera shoot (3 hrs duration each) on 22nd and 23rd June. Final product should be of broadcast quality. Three videographers will be needed. Production houses are welcome to quote. Please feel free to ask any question so that I can forward to my friend. Thanks

What are the deliverables? Do we return all raw footage as it is or it have to be packaged and edited?
