Hi Mods,
It used to be that you can re-open threads in B&S yourself. Not sure if it was intended but that function is still retained in CS iPhone App.
However, now the desktop version won't allow it (see screenshot below).
If it is intended, would be grateful if it was fixed. Useful for the times when you forgot to update a thread and closed it.. Then get 20 SMSes in one weekend asking about the item. :bsmilie: Thanks!
