May I know how long is the permitted idle time on CS? Very often I get the "expired" msg even when I was composing my reply to others ( longer than 5 sentences kind of replies). Also is composing a reply considered as idle time?

It's like forever if you can last that long. Just check the box @remember me when you sign in

i was about to raise this same issue when i read this thread. gee i've been using CS for over a year and only then i found out :embrass:
