1. Your BENRO product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year starting from the date of purchase if purchased from BENPHOTO Trading or other authorised dealers. This warranty is applicable only in Singapore.
2. In Singapore, repairs under warranty coverage can only be carried out upon presentation of the original purchase receipt from either BENPHOTO Trading or authorised dealers.
3. In Singapore, the warranty status for BENRO products will be verified via the original purchase receipt (from either BENPHOTO Trading or authorised dealers). No filling out of warranty card/papers are required.
4. The limited warranty covers only defects occurring during normal usage of the BENRO product, and does not cover:
