We are looking for photographers because we have a studio adjacent to it which is free most of the time.
The space offered comprises of a main work area and a small storage space next to it.
The entire spot is also partitioned from the rest of the office which we are occupying for our own operations.
Main work area is approx 2.7m x 2.9m
Storage space is 2.7 x 1.8m
An enlarged opening to the storage area can be made such that the space can feel more spacious.
This works out to about 130 sq feet.
We are offering $700 a month which includes utilities, WiFi internet. The unit will be provisioned with air conditioning
and simple office lights, the floor is bare and unfurnished.
This rental does not include use of the studio but rest assured the rate will be much lowered for our prospective tenant.
